Việc làm General Manager

Job Objectives: Responsible for leading and managing the Marketing & Sales, Services, and Administrative team in the company in construction, mechanical related products.
Position Summary: Provide leadership, key inputs and contributions to the development of the organization’s strategy and its implementation as a member of the company management core team, in order to achieve the sales revenue targets as well as growth of the organization.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- COMPANY Profit and Loss
- Compliance with budget provisions for COMPANY
- Sales order target achievement for COMPANY
- Growth target achievement for COMPANY market
- Benchmarking for key business operations/Industry comparison of business processes and costs
- Sound financial management
- Value of business investments, Return on Investment objectives
- Sensible management of company assets
- Management and development of COMPANY team and ensure succession planning
- Customer satisfaction
- Timeliness in response
- Up-to-date market and competitor information
- On-going improvement of COMPANY business processes and procedures
- Compliance with COMPANY HEADQUATER, Regional Headquater, COMPANY and other external/internal regulations and policies

- Vietnamese or oversea Vietnamese
- At least 5 years of relevant business and management experience in construction, mechanical related products
