HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Position and authority:
- Senior department manager in The Management Team of Codelynx.
- Report directly to Israeli Manager and mainly support the CEO.
- Recruitment and hiring process (include headhunt), C&B, internal communication, Team activities
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents
- Build company culture with management team
- Proposing to the President/Director of the Company to take measures to handle the units within the scope of the Company’s regulations on the areas within the scope of the Department’s functions;
- Attend conferences, contribute ideas to develop the company’s regulations and regulations related to the field of management.
- Create a working environment that helps enhance employees’ retention.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 months relevant experience
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Preferably with experience in recruitment, HR consulting or equivalent.
- Outstanding organizational, teamworking, and time management abilities.
- Have leadership qualities and the ability to build a team.
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is preferable.
- Startup mindset and eager to achieve results.
