| – Coordinate with in-house team and vendor (event agency, production…)
to ensure the preparation and operation of the event go smoothly as planned |

| – Build detail action plan and follow-up. Manage all parties according to the approved plan | |||||||||||||||||||
| – Coordinate with parties to handle arising problems before, during and after the event | |||||||||||||||||||
| Desired Skills | |||||||||||||||||||
| – 2+ year of experience inAgency Event. | |||||||||||||||||||
| – Have knowledge of event operation and production | |||||||||||||||||||
| – Familiarity with big scale event: Expo, Exhibition… (20,000+ visitors) | |||||||||||||||||||
| – Ability to work self-sufficiently | |||||||||||||||||||
| – Sharp focus and attention to detail | |||||||||||||||||||
| – Strong organizational and project management skills | |||||||||||||||||||
