Mô tả công việc:

1. Download AD, AI file, ID spec from Flex PLM. Provide AD in Vietnamese translation to all concered department & follow up updating.

   Import AD & input data in Sample Order (Inet).

   Create sale order & follow up sample for all stage (P1, P2, GTM1, GTM2, Sealing, further sample, Size set, garment wash, Pre-production)

   Load & confirm MRP in Inet for sample, do booking for all material requirement.

   Do sketch picture => Set up internal meeting to review AD.

   Check AD discrepancy in order to get back to customer for updating.

   Do development artwork, provide material to decoration department.

   Request sample on Sample Queuing system. Do trimcard for cutting, approve sample fabric.

   Arrange accesories,  sewing thread, label to provide for sample room.

   Do sticker, hangtag for sample.

   Follow up with sample room until get sample for shipment.

   Follow up comment from customer & handover to internal team.

   Send sample to packing team to do carton quantity.

   Send sample to IE to count thread consumption.

   Do strike off  & testing for approval.

   Provide material for supplier do testing.

   Do development trimcard (include sealing check list, material status, fabric & trim attachment, test report attachment, approval sheet attachment)

   Upload testing result in Flex.

   Confirm sample order in Inet for mer detail load MRP.

   Send AD care instruction to purchasing for order. Follow up approved layout from customer.

   Check & approve trimcard for production.

   Issue sample for production.

   Store sample garment.

   Support Trax group about development with transferred styles.
