Mô tả công việc:

1) HR

# External :

  • In charging for office internal recruitment, promoting / searching for candidates, screening CVs, arranging interview for managers; following-up all the procedures with the candidates.
  • Fulfill all vacancies for hiring positions and processes.
  • Hunt best talents to fit the positions that have special requirements.
  • Employer branding skills and activities.
  • Social media preparation for job post and branding.

# Internal :

  • Social activities :
  • Together with HR Manager and other HR & Admin colleagues in taking care all social and extra activities of the company.
  • Propose & develop staff activities in order to build up strong and positive working environment.
  • Learning & development :
  • Introduction / provide the existing & new employees with information about Company policy, working condition, company regulation, how to use forms, application, etc.
  • Collect information relating to training planning & training requirements. Assistant to HR Manager in building up training plan and organize them.
  • Support HR Manager in HR strategies regarding to the short & long – term development of the employee base on HR standard programs of the company.
  • Staff list : Update personal information and do filing with maintaining confidentiality records, information of the employees.

2) Admin :

    • Plan, organize and control the administration function of the company;
    • Oversees office maintenance, office access, security, cleanness;
    • Oversees office assets;
    • Any other work as prescribed by the management in any location.

Yêu cầu: 

  • Vietnamese nationality, Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
  • At least 02 years of HR-related experience in foreign companies.
  • Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and and insurance law, PIT law.
  • Good understand employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc.
  • Hardworking, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality
  • Very energetic and passionate to engage everyone into social activities.
  • Good English, good skills of Microsoft office programs.
  • Worked in a start-up before (good to have!).
