SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ SPECIALIST

With their founder, an Israeli with about 17 years of experience in software development, they are making challenging projects focused on E-commerce and development tools for clients from Israel, USA and other countries. Duties and responsibilities:
- Recognize, gather and document detailed the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
- Ensuring solutions meet client business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Takes orders over the phone and in person.
- Negotiate price for the sale.
- Provide technical support after merchandise is purchased.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate a commercial agreement.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features.
- Advise on appropriate user training.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
- Other assignments as requirements.

Who is the perfect fit?
- Experience in Business Analyst or similar jobs is highly desirable
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience (Big bonus if experienced in IT industry)
- Careful, meticulous, high responsibility and have effective organizational skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication in English is required
